Shared room for rent in a completely reconstructed flat 2+1 in the beautiful street Krymska. I'm not spending there more than two (maximum three) nights per week, I live out of Prague and I'm there sometimes for work. All the furnitures are completely new, the kitchen is new as well, wooden floor. There is a fridge and a washing machine. The tram stop is 50 meters far (tram n. 4, 22), the closest metro station (Namesti Miru) few minutes by foot. Shops, restaurants, pubs, parks (Grebovka), various amenities around. The monthly rent is 4000 czk (gas, water, electricity, Internet included). We like easy going and respectful people!
